RBBA Reception at Athens Market Cafe –

Anastasopoulos for a wonderful and perfect
September evening featuring an array of
delicious Greek delicacies enjoyed and
devoured by RBBA members and guests
including scrumptious spanakopita and
tiropita appetizers, Tzatziki Sauce, Hummus
dip, warm pita bread (of course), Greek
meatballs, and Lokaniko Greek Sausage.
A variety of Greek Athenian beer and Greek
wines were available for all to enjoy.

The RBBA and the RB Social Club co-hosted Rancho Bernardo's 45th birthday
party at Webb Park Saturday, September 8th. It was another perfect Rancho
Bernardo sunny day and the park and lake backdrop provided a perfect venue.
It was an old-fashioned picnic with hot dogs, hamburgers, all the fixins' and
a variety of salads topped off with a build-your-own sundae ice cream bar.

catered the event.
A number of dignitaries were
present including San Diego
Mayor Jerry Sanders who presented a proclamation declaring September 8, 2007 "Rancho Bernardo Day
in the City of San Diego". 5th District City Councilman presented a "Resolution
from the City Council". A "State Resolution" was presented from California
State Senator Dennis Hollingsworth's office and Brian Bilbray's office presented
