Make your reservations now for Thursday, May 15, for what may be the
final City Attorney candidates' forum before the June elections, hosted by
the Rancho Bernardo Business Association. This will be a hotly contested
race for this important position in San Diego city government. The forum and
Luncheon will be held at Bernardo Heights Country Club with a reception at
11:30 am. Lunch will be served at noon followed by the forum where the
candidates will be allowed 5 minutes to speak followed by a 20 minute
question and answer period from the audience.
Five candidates have been invited, including Mike Aguirre, Jan Goldsmith, Amy
Lepine, Brian Maienschein and Scott Peters.
This will be another well attended RBBA event and the seating is limited, so
make your reservations early to assure your participation. When you
make your
reservations be ready to give Mary your luncheon preference. You will have a
choice of
Grilled Marinated Steak with mashed potatoes, vegetables and red
wine-mushroom sauce or
Crispy Crusted Tilapia over thinly sliced vegetables
with herbed lemon butter sauce and rice.

dumplings), Fried Shrimp with sweet n' sour sauce, Kalua Pork, Fish Tacos with
a pineapple salsa and Breaded Vegetables with cucumber sauce. Absolutely
delicious.
